Combloux

December 1935: 1st lift installed by the PLM.

 

It worked until 1939, then bought by some people from Combloux in 1949.

1957 / 1958: La Cry's ski lift is lended by POMA Company.

1958 / 1959: Beauregard ski lift is financed from the "Comblorans". (person living in Combloux)

1988 / 1989: 5 snowblowers are installed in the resort to insure snow on 6 hectar in 1994.

2002: Free hand pass

2004: SIVU creation

2004 / 2005: Connexion with La Giettaz area

La Giettaz

The first ski lift "Les Puginières" was installed by private precursor in 1959, then the second one in 1961 (l'Abbaye).
The commune bought "Les Puginières" in 1963 and installed "Les Clapières" ski lift in 1965.

1969: The Commune install "La Grand Rare" on the north side of Le Plan hamlet.

1977: Creation of Torraz ski lift to reach 1930m.

1988: Creation of Torraz chair lift.

Le Jaillet

The four places Jaillet gondola has been built in 1952 and worked until April 1978 (1st gondola in France)
It has been replaced by 6 places gondola wich worked until December 1978.

1954: Creation of Christomet ski lift

1979: Transformation to a 2 places chair lift, then to a 6 places on in 2004.

1954: Creation of the Salles ski lift wich worked until 1962. It permitted the connection between the bottom of the Christomet and "La Croix des Salles".
It has been removed and re installed upper in Le Jaillet to still go to La Croix des Salles.

1962: Creation of "Les Prés" chair lift (2 places), then transformation in a 4 places one to insure the connection with Combloux.
